Going to Can Gio to plant forests: A unique travel tour

For these tourists, participating in eco-tourism activities not only provided many new experiences of the natural scenery but also brought the honor of personally planting young trees to contribute their part to the preservation of the protective forest in Can Gio. “It’s truly a wonderful experience. I hope the green trees we plant here will thrive and grow. I will return to this place to see the results of my labor today,” a Japanese tourist shared. He also mentioned that when he returns to his country, “he will introduce it to friends and family so they know and come to your homeland more.”

With an area of over 37,000 hectares, the Can Gio protective forest holds a particularly important position for the environment of Ho Chi Minh City.
