Maintaining this tour not only contributes to creating more tourism products for the city and livelihoods for local people but also contributes to a larger meaningful goal of "expanding" forest areas, reducing storms and erosion, especially in the context of climate change.
MORNING DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – XUAN LOC
06h00: The tour guide and the staff of Unique Travel Company pick up guests at the meeting point.
The group moves to Cao Phat restaurant for breakfast.
After that, the group travels to Xuan Loc.
09h30: The group arrives at the UntraFarm Biosphere Reserve Cooperative, where the management of the protective forest guides them on how to plant trees correctly, sharing tools and resources.
The group begins planting trees, enjoying the fresh air in the reforestation area.
12h00: The group moves to have lunch at Ha Thanh Clay Pot Rice restaurant and takes a rest.
AFTERNOON OF DAY 1: XUAN LOC - HO CHI MINH CITY
OPTION 1
1:00 PM: The group boards the bus and visits: Nui Le Lake (Self-guided SUP)
In addition to Tri An Lake, Nui Le Lake in Dong Nai is also an interesting destination for tourists to enjoy the scenery or paddleboard, savoring the beautiful sunset view.
OPTION 2
1:00 PM: The group boards the bus and returns to the original meeting point.
The bus takes guests back to Ho Chi Minh City, concluding the Tree Planting program in Xuan Loc.
Included services:
- Modern tourist car, air-conditioned, new model for transportation according to the program.
- Breakfast: 01 breakfast at a local restaurant.
- Main meal: 01 lunch with a budget of 200,000 VND per guest.
- Drinks and wet towels provided for the group: 01 bottle of water + 01 wet towel per day.
- MIC insurance valued at 60,000,000 VND per guest per incident. Medicine and healthcare services provided as needed.
- Includes 10% VAT.
Excluded services:
- Costs for a single room and personal expenses outside the program.
- Tips for the local tour guide and driver.
- Checked baggage according to the airline's regulations & any tours related to flight tickets; flight tickets within the tour will be subject to the airline's policies.
- Any additional costs incurred if the tour is canceled due to force majeure: natural disasters, weather, strikes... the company will not reimburse any additional costs incurred outside the program.

Note for children:
- Children under 3 years old: free service ticket but no seat on the bus or train; parents are responsible for feeding and sleeping arrangements for the child.
- Children aged 3 to 5 years: 50% of the tour price, with a seat on the bus or train, and a meal.
- Children aged 6 to 9 years: 75% of the tour price, with a seat on the bus or train, and a meal.
- Children aged 9 years and older: 100% of the tour price.

– The above price does not include additional meal costs for children under 5 years old, personal expenses, meals outside the program, expenses incurred due to transportation delays/cancellations, or room upgrade (to higher category) fees. - Other Regulations:
– Check-in time is from 12:00 to 14:00, and check-out time is before 12:00. However, early check-in may be allowed if rooms are available.
– When traveling by plane, guests should bring one of the following documents: (Valid National ID Card issued within the last 15 years, or passport, or birth certificate for children).
– For customers aged 70 – 85, families/guests must ensure the traveler’s health condition. - Cancellation and Reduction Conditions:
- Payment:
– A deposit of 70% of the cost must be paid at least 15 days before departure. For individual guests, full payment (100%) is required.
– The remaining 30% must be paid after contract completion (no later than 5 days).
