Loving nature and wishing for everyone to immerse themselves in nature, joining hands to protect the environment, UNIQUE TRAVEL has implemented an experiential tourism project combined with reforestation. Maintaining this tour not only contributes to creating additional tourism products for the city and livelihoods for local people but also contributes to a larger meaningful goal of "expanding" forest areas, reducing storms and erosion, especially in the context of climate change.
MORNING DAY 1: HANOI - BEN EN NATIONAL PARK OR XUAN LIEN CONSERVATION AREA
07h00: Breakfast in Thanh a
09h30: The group arrives at Ben En National Park or Xuan Lien Conservation Area, divides the tools, and is guided by the forest management team on how to plant trees correctly.
11h30: Lunch at the restaurant.
AFTERNOON OF DAY 1: RETURN TO HANOI
12:30 PM: The group takes a lunch break, then departs for kayaking, exploring the lake on the Mu River, or going to an island for camping.
3:00 PM: Conduct charitable work in the local communes.
5:00 PM: Depart back to Thanh Hoa.

- Main meal: 01 lunch with a budget of 200,000 VND per guest.
- Drinks and wet towels provided for the group: 01 bottle of water + 01 wet towel per day.
- MIC insurance worth 60,000,000 VND per guest per incident. Medicine and medical services provided as needed.
- Includes 10% VAT.

NOT INCLUDED:
- Single room accommodation costs and personal expenses outside the program.
- Tips for local guides and drivers.
- Checked baggage according to the airline's regulations & any tours related to flight tickets; flight tickets within the tour will be subject to the airline's policies.
- Any additional costs incurred if the tour is canceled due to force majeure: natural disasters, weather, strikes... the company will not reimburse any costs incurred outside the program.

Note for children:
- Children under 3 years old: free service ticket but no seat on the bus or train; parents are responsible for feeding and sleeping arrangements for the child.
- Children aged 3 to 5 years: 50% of the tour price, with a seat on the bus or train, and a meal.
- Children aged 6 to 9 years: 75% of the tour price, with a seat on the bus or train, and a meal.
- Children aged 9 years and older: 100% of the tour price.

– The above price does not include additional meal costs for children under 5 years old, personal expenses, meals outside the program, expenses incurred due to transportation delays/cancellations, or room upgrade (to higher category) fees. - Other Regulations:
– Check-in time is from 12:00 to 14:00, and check-out time is before 12:00. However, early check-in may be allowed if rooms are available.
– When traveling by plane, guests should bring one of the following documents: (Valid National ID Card issued within the last 15 years, or passport, or birth certificate for children).
– For customers aged 70 – 85, families/guests must ensure the traveler’s health condition. - Cancellation and Reduction Conditions:
- Payment:
– A deposit of 70% of the cost must be paid at least 15 days before departure. For individual guests, full payment (100%) is required.
– The remaining 30% must be paid after contract completion (no later than 5 days).
