Visiting the coal mine in Quang Ninh
The journey “A day as a miner” begins at the traditional house of the mine, where visitors learn about the history and development of Cao Son mine, view models and maps of the operation and mineral extraction process. After that, tourists are taken by specialized vehicles to the mining site, where excavators and trucks operate day and night to transport “black gold” to the yard, visit the processing area, and observe the process of transporting hundreds of meals to the mining site to serve the miners.
For safety reasons, tourists cannot enter the mining tunnels that are currently being exploited. Due to the complex nature of the terrain and the specific characteristics of mineral extraction, the unit only sells tours for groups, not combining tours or selling individually.
