Long An has a mangrove forest area of 3,900 hectares, of which 1,000 hectares are natural mangrove forests and 2,900 hectares are planted forests, primarily consisting of species such as Rhizophora, nipa palm, mangrove apple, black mangrove, and casuarina. These forests are distributed across three districts: Ba Tri, Binh Dai, and Thanh Phu. Although the area is not large, the mangrove forests of Long An play a very important role in environmental protection and safeguarding. Additionally, the mangrove belt of the province has effectively contributed to preventing land erosion, stabilizing soil in sedimentary areas, accelerating sedimentation, expanding agricultural land, and particularly protecting sustainable agricultural and aquaculture production in the coastal areas of the province.
MORNING DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – LONG AN
06h00: The tour guide and the staff of Unique Travel Company pick up guests at the meeting point.
The group moves to a restaurant for breakfast.
After that, the group travels to Long An.
10h00: The group arrives at the mangrove forest in Long An, divides the tools, and is guided by the forest management on how to plant trees correctly.
The group begins to plant trees, enjoying the fresh air in the reforestation area.
12h00: The group moves to have lunch at a restaurant and is free to take a nap.
AFTERNOON OF DAY 1: LONG AN - HO CHI MINH CITY
OPTION 1
1:00 PM: The group departs to explore the waterways of the Mekong Delta by canoe/boat (included in the tour cost).
3:00 PM: The group visits a temple, takes photos, and prays for peace for the family.
OPTION 2
1:00 PM: The group departs to explore the waterways of the Mekong Delta by canoe/boat (included in the tour cost).
Choose to participate in the activity of kayaking on the Mekong Delta (cost borne by participants).
4:00 PM: Conduct charitable work at Duc Quang Shelter or SOS Children’s Village in Ben Tre.
The vehicle will take guests back to Ho Chi Minh City. End of the Tree Planting program in Long An.

- Any additional costs incurred if the tour is canceled due to force majeure: natural disasters, weather, strikes... the company will not reimburse any costs incurred outside the program.

- Children under 3 years old: free service ticket but no seat on the bus or train; parents are responsible for feeding and sleeping arrangements for the child.
- Children aged 3 to 5 years: 50% of the tour price, with a seat on the bus or train, and a meal.
- Children aged 6 to 9 years: 75% of the tour price, with a seat on the bus or train, and a meal.
- Children aged 9 years and older: 100% of the tour price.

– The above price does not include additional meal costs for children under 5 years old, personal expenses, meals outside the program, expenses incurred due to transportation delays/cancellations, or room upgrade (to higher category) fees. - Other Regulations:
– Check-in time is from 12:00 to 14:00, and check-out time is before 12:00. However, early check-in may be allowed if rooms are available.
– When traveling by plane, guests should bring one of the following documents: (Valid National ID Card issued within the last 15 years, or passport, or birth certificate for children).
– For customers aged 70 – 85, families/guests must ensure the traveler’s health condition. - Cancellation and Reduction Conditions:
- Payment:
– A deposit of 70% of the cost must be paid at least 15 days before departure. For individual guests, full payment (100%) is required.
– The remaining 30% must be paid after contract completion (no later than 5 days).
