TEAMBUILDING COMBINED WITH MARATHON RUNNING
Purpose of organizing Teambuilding combined with Marathon Run: Fundraising to support breast cancer patients.
Location of the running event: Vinhomes Grand Park internal area
Running distance: The run will take place around the Vinhomes Grand Park area. Each run will provide specific details about the running route.
Participants: Doctors, nurses, and pharmacists working at Vinmec Hospital.
Activities during the running event:
- Opening ceremony and start.
- Time required to complete the run: within 30 minutes.
- Medals awarded to finishers.
- Rest and recreational activities during breaks.
- Teambuilding activities to enhance health and team spirit.
- Medals awarded to the winning teams of Teambuilding.
ĐÃ BAO GỒM:
Transportation: New tourist vehicles with 29 – 45 seats (depending on the number of guests, suitable vehicles will be arranged). Professional drivers, experienced and enthusiastic tour guides.
Accommodation: Hotels/Resorts according to the guests' requirements.
Meals: Standards according to the program.
Sightseeing: Entrance tickets included in the program.
Tour personnel: Implemented according to the noted program, including: 01 tour guide/vehicle + 01 operator (depending on the tour).
Service insurance: Travel insurance with a maximum compensation fee of 60,000,000 VND/case for accident insurance, not for illness insurance. (Can be flexible according to the guests' requests)
Gifts: Each guest receives 01 scented towel/day, 01 bottle of Untra Fresh 500ml mineral water.

- 2,000,000 VND is a relatively standard price. The tour price will change depending on the time, demand for services, and the number of guests.

– Giá trên không gồm chi phí ăn uống phát sinh cho trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi, chi phí cá nhân, các bữa ăn ngoài chương trình, chi phí phát sinh do phương tiện vận chuyển hủy/hoãn chuyến, chi phí nâng hạng phòng (lên loại cao hơn).
- Quy định khác:
– Giờ nhận phòng từ 12h – 14h, giờ trả phòng trước 12h, tuy nhiên Quý khách có thể được ưu tiên nhận phòng sớm nếu Khách sạn có phòng trống.
– Khi đi máy bay Quý khách nên mang theo một trong các giấy tờ sau: (Chứng minh thư nhân dân còn hạn dưới 15 năm, hoặc hộ chiếu, giấy khai sinh (đối với trẻ em).– Đối với khách hàng từ 70 – 85 tuổi, gia đình, quý khách cam kết đảm bảo tình trạng sức khỏe

- Thanh toán:
– Đặt cọc 70% chi phí trước ngày khởi hành 15 ngày. Riêng với Khách lẻ thanh toán 100%.
– Phần còn lại 30% chi phí thanh toán sau khi hoàn tất TLHĐ (không quá 5 ngày).
