Beach - Teambuilding Event is the most popular type and is the most preferred choice among customers at Unique Travel. It is an activity aimed at enhancing cohesion and work performance within a group through activities and games organized at a beach or coastal resort. In these teambuilding sessions, team members are often presented with challenges and collaborative tasks.
With the natural and open space of the beach, teambuilding activities often provide not only excitement and fun but also an opportunity for team members to enjoy the atmosphere, interact, and learn from each other. Additionally, participating in extracurricular activities on the beach helps promote trust, sharing, and coordination among team members, thereby strengthening relationships and creating a more positive work environment.

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – NINH THUAN – VINH HY BAY – GALA DINNER (Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner)
MORNING
04:30: The vehicle and tour guide from Unique Travel Company pick up the group at the meeting point, preparing for the journey to explore Ninh Thuan.
05:00: The group begins the journey to Ninh Thuan. The tour guide greets the group and then distributes hats, water, and cold towels to the guests. On the bus, guests can participate in some games organized by the tour guide (or can relax and rest freely on the bus).
06:30: The group stops at a restaurant for breakfast.
07:30: Continue the journey to Ninh Thuan. On the bus, the tour guide entertains and introduces the route and the points the group will pass through.
AFTERNOON
11:00: The vehicle and tour guide take the group to a restaurant for lunch.
12:00: After that, the boat takes guests to visit:
- VINH HY BAY – the most beautiful bay in the world by glass-bottom boat. See colorful corals through the glass bottom.
The glass-bottom boat takes tourists to visit Vinh Hy Bay with points such as: Cape Ca Ong, Robot Stone, Bird’s Nest Cave, Turtle Island (the sightseeing time is about 30 minutes).
After exploring Vinh Hy Bay, the boat takes tourists to the SNORKELING SPOT TO SEE CORALS. Here, guests will be equipped with snorkeling masks, snorkels, life jackets, and instructions on how to swim and dive using the snorkel and mask.
After the training session on using diving equipment, guests will immerse themselves in the ocean world, witnessing schools of fish, sea urchins, starfish, and beautiful colorful coral clusters (snorkeling time is about 90 minutes).
After snorkeling at the bay, the group boards the boat to return to the port for a fresh water rinse and to change into dry clothes.
14:00: The group moves to the resort, checks in (the estimated travel time is 1 hour and 15 minutes). Guests can rest on the bus.
AFTERNOON
18:30: The group gathers at the resort’s pool area to continue the program with a BUFFET GALA DINNER – an unforgettable music night featuring special programs. Guests enjoy the feast in the cool and airy space right at Ca Na beach.

DAY 2: TEAMBUILDING - GRAPE GARDEN - PO KLONG GIARAI TOWER - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast - Lunch)
MORNING
07:00: The group has breakfast at the hotel, free to explore and take beautiful and poetic check-in photos in the resort area.
08:00: The group gathers at the resort’s beach to participate in the TEAM BUILDING 2023 program “SMALL CONTRIBUTIONS CREATE GREAT SUCCESS,” with lively, unique, and interesting games and EXCITING PRIZES. The fun games that require skill and teamwork will align with the spirit of the program “Small contributions create great success,” such as: Absolute Balance, Skillful Ball, Rolling Wheel, Crazy Bouncing Animal, Long Ball Throwing…
After participating in the games, the organizing committee will announce the rankings and award super attractive and exclusive gifts from Unique Travel! With a professional organizing team from Unique Travel and games designed to be fun and connect members, it promises to be an unforgettable memory for this trip to Vinh Hy Bay!
At the end of the Teambuilding program, guests return to their rooms.
10:00: Guests gather at the resort lobby to check out.
10:30: The bus and tour guide will take guests to visit Ninh Thuan Grape Garden (estimated travel time 1 hour and 30 minutes).
- NINH THUAN GRAPE GARDEN – with favorable climatic conditions for grape cultivation, a plant known as the “Queen” among crops in Ninh Thuan, making this province the largest supplier of fresh grapes in our country. Guests can stroll under the laden grape vines, take commemorative photos, and buy grapes as gifts for loved ones.
13:00: Guests move to visit Po Klong Garai Tower. Here, guests will be transported by electric vehicle (round trip) to visit the tower complex.
- PO KLONG GARAI TOWER – a famous tower complex built around the late 13th century to early 14th century by King Che Man, who had a marriage with Princess Huyen Tran, the daughter of King Tran Nhan Tong. Here, you will admire a unique architectural work that contains the proud cultural and historical values of the Cham ethnic community.
13:30: The group moves to the restaurant for lunch. After that, prepare for the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City. On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, the group will stop at several rest stops for guests to freely shop for specialties and relax.
19:00: (estimated) The group arrives in Ho Chi Minh City. End of the fun journey in Ninh Thuan.
