TRAINING CONTENT
There are 2 forms of Military Team Building: Military Training Team (duration 30-32 hours) and Beach Military Team (duration 3-4 hours).
Military Training Team: Duration 30-32 hours
- Number of participants: 30 – 250 people.
- Participants will have a 2-day enlistment period with the requirement of not using any communication devices.
- They will receive military uniforms such as camouflage clothing, backpacks, helmets, boots, gloves…
- They will be divided into squads and teams to work closely together.
- Overcome training challenges related to teamwork, perseverance, and survival skills through training exercises.
- Develop alertness and readiness for combat during night alert missions.
- Learn and acquire knowledge during martial arts and medical training sessions.
Beach Military Team: Duration 3-4 hours
- Number of participants: 80 – 300 people.
- Participants will receive camouflage team shirts and will be divided into squads and teams.
- Engage in individual and team challenges that require personal effort and collective coordination to overcome all challenges.
- Cultivate discipline through group activities and challenges.
- The challenges will have a camouflage theme.
ACTIVITIES REFERENCE IN MILITARY TEAMBUILDING
1. Through the tunnel
Preparation before participation: Support equipment includes a tire tunnel, a zigzag path, and a small net mountain.
Mission:
- Each team member will take turns moving from the starting point to overcome obstacles: the zigzag path, moving through the net mountain, and quickly crawling through the tire tunnel to reach the finish line.
- The next member will continue to overcome similar challenges.
- Within the specified time, the team with the most members
- reaching the finish line will earn the highest points.
2. The arduous journey
Preparation before participation: Support equipment includes 5 rollers and 1 wooden board.
Mission:
- Select 4 members to sit on the wooden board, while the other 4 members on the board will move the rollers to make the wooden board travel from the starting point to the finish line.
- Requirement: The method of movement is to slide on the rollers.
- Upon reaching the finish line, the member holding the roller will return to pick up the next members to complete the challenge similarly.
- In 10 – 20 minutes, the team that transfers the most people the fastest will receive high scores.
3. The difficult train journey
Preparation before participation: Support equipment includes 4 barrels, 4 bamboo sticks, and 1 wooden board.
Mission:
- Each time, 6 members will move together by paddling on the barrels from the starting point to the finish line.
- Requirement: Feet must not touch the ground; if they do, they must start over from the beginning.
- After reaching the finish line, the next members will take their turn to move to the finish line.
- In the shortest time, the team that brings members to the finish line the fastest will win.
4. Conquering the wall
Preparation before participation: Support equipment includes gloves, a 3m wooden wall, a zigzag path, and a crawling spider web.
Mission:
- When the starting signal is given, each member must overcome obstacles such as the zigzag path and the crawling spider web.
- Then, using their strength, they must quickly climb over the 3m high wooden wall to the finish line and stop there.
- The next members will continue to perform the challenge.
- Within the specified time, the team that moves the fastest will earn high points for members reaching the finish line.
5. Reaching out to the vast sea
Preparation before participation: Support equipment includes bamboo poles/inflatable floats, a rope, and a flag.
Mission:
- All team members will receive a bamboo pole for their team and work together to build a sturdy raft.
- Then, the members must paddle out to the vast sea to retrieve the flag prepared by the organizers.
- The team that retrieves the flag the fastest and returns to the starting point will be the winning team.
6. Conquering the peak
Preparation before participation: Support equipment includes a 6m high camouflage wall, helmets, and a message banner.
Mission:
- Each member wearing a helmet will conquer the top of the 6m wall and move down to the next member.
- After all members of each team complete the challenge, there will be a banner prepared by the organizers behind the wall.
- All members will together pull the rope to bring out the banner that carries the meaning of the message.
- The team with members reaching the top earliest and pulling the banner out the fastest will be the winning team.
