DAY 1: PHU QUOC – EAST ISLAND (GRAND WORLD - VIETNAMESE ESSENCE) (LUNCH + DINNER)
In the morning: The PHU QUOC TEAMBUILDING TOUR group gathers at Tan Son Nhat or Noi Bai airport – checks in for the flight to Phu Quoc.
Upon arrival, the Phu Quoc Team Building Tour will welcome guests at Phu Quoc International Airport. The group will start visiting the following places:
+ Ham Ninh fishing village – famous for crab fishing and seafood. You can buy seafood here at the cheapest prices on the island and enjoy its freshness.
+ Tranh Stream is one of the two rare and interesting streams in Phu Quoc. Guests can stroll to enjoy the scenery and take souvenir photos. (Note: this is a sightseeing spot with movement + going up and down slopes – Not suitable for elderly guests, those with arthritis, or joint issues in the legs).
+ Sim Garden – Enjoy the taste of sim honey and sim wine, a specialty of Phu Quoc.
11:30 AM The bus takes guests to have lunch at a restaurant, then return to the hotel to check in and rest.
3:00 PM The Phu Quoc Teambuilding Tour bus takes guests to visit Phu Quoc United Center – The Leading Entertainment Complex in Southeast Asia.

Day and night, throughout the four seasons, visitors can join the vibrant atmosphere of lantern festivals, beer festivals, Carnival festivals, and masquerade festivals… where echoes linger and emotions soar.
+ Watch the show “Vietnamese Essence” directed by Viet Tu, which is a valuable highlight in the value chain of Phu Quoc United Center, especially for cultural tourism enthusiasts. The grand combination of a large stage, impressive script, and beautiful choreography will provide guests with exciting experiences and memorable moments during their vacation in Phu Quoc.
The live show “Vietnamese Essence” is expected to impress the audience with the cultural characteristics of the Vietnamese people cleverly woven into each performance. (The tour price includes tickets for the Vietnamese Essence Show).
In the evening, the group will have dinner at a restaurant and then return to the hotel to freely explore and enjoy the fun on Phu Quoc Island.
DAY 2: NAM ISLAND - TEAMBUILDING & GALA DINNER (BREAKFAST + LUNCH + DINNER).
07h00: Have breakfast at the hotel.
- The Phu Quoc Teambuilding Tour group visits the Pearl Cultivation Facility, where guests will learn more about a rare and famous product of the pearl island known worldwide. Guests will have the opportunity to witness the process of opening oysters to extract pearls, as well as hear an introduction about the artificial pearl cultivation stage.
- Guests visit: Bai Sao – voted one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam. Guests will participate in the beach Team Building program. It promises to bring joyful and meaningful moments of relaxation.
The detailed script for the beach Team Building program will be agreed upon during the tour registration process with guests.
At the end of the Teambuilding program, guests are free to immerse themselves in the cool, clear waters of Bai Sao beach.
11h00: Guests visit the Hon Thom Cable Car Tourist Area – Aquatopia Water Park. Guests will take the cable car to Hon Thom Island, with a total length of over 7,899 m, connecting from An Thoi town through Hon Roi, Hon Dua to Hon Thom, which has been in operation since February 2018, providing visitors with a unique experience. With this length, the Hon Thom cable car is recognized by Guinness World Records as the longest cable car in the world.
12h00: Guests enjoy a buffet lunch at Hon Thom.
After lunch, visitors will enjoy the beauty of Hon Thom with its fine white sandy beach, crystal-clear turquoise waters beside the pristine jungle and spectacularly arranged natural rocks. Enjoy unlimited fun at Aquatopia water park.
15h00: The Phu Quoc Teambuilding Tour group takes the cable car back to An Thoi port.
15h30: The group boards the bus back to the hotel to rest.
18h00: Guests have dinner with a party menu at the restaurant combined with singing and socializing at the Galadinner.

DAY 3: FAREWELL PHU QUOC - HO CHI MINH CITY/HANOI (BREAKFAST)
07h00: The group has breakfast and checks out.
08h00: The Phu Quoc Teambuilding Tour group moves to the airport, stopping for shopping at the Fish Sauce Factory – Sim Wine Garden.
Arrive at Phu Quoc Airport to complete procedures – end of the program, farewell and see you again, dear guests.
