DAY 1: HO CHI MINH - TRUONG DUC THANH - TEAMBUILDING & GALA DINNER ( Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner )
06h00 UNIQUE Travel’s vehicle and tour guide pick up guests at the meeting point. Organize the work and board guests onto the bus.
06h30 The group departs for a 2-day, 1-night tour to Phan Thiet. During the journey, the tour guide will introduce themselves, organize fun games, and remind guests of some important issues when visiting.
07h30 The group enjoys breakfast at the restaurant. (set menu with options including noodles, pho, banh canh, broken rice… + 1 drink: coffee, soft drink, lemonade…), then continues the journey to explore Phan Thiet.
10h30 The group visits Duc Thanh School – the place where Nguyen Tat Thanh taught in Phan Thiet before leaving to seek a path to save the country. The surroundings of the school are very peaceful and fresh, allowing visitors to admire artifacts, a well, and the star fruit tree of patriotic figures who once worked here.
11h00 The group has lunch at the restaurant.
12h00 Arrive at the resort. The tour guide from Tin Viet assists the group with check-in. Rest and free time.
15h00 The group gathers at the beach to participate in the “TEAM BUILDING – CONNECTING SUCCESS” program with sound systems and fun games that promote teamwork and bonding among members and departments after stressful working hours, creating unforgettable memories.
- Kick-off, build team flags, choose team leaders, and set group slogans.
- Teams will take turns participating in the following teambuilding games, each designed to require bonding, quick thinking, and understanding among team members, ensuring laughter while showcasing team spirit.

- Crossing the Tunnel to Find the Gem.
- Surfing the Waves.
- Ball Passing.
- Hopping Race.
After the games, the organizing committee will score and announce the winning team.
16h30 The tour guide invites the leadership to present awards to the teams with encouraging prizes, and the team leader shares a few words with the group.
- First prize: 01 crate of Heineken beer.
- Second prize: 01 crate of Tiger beer.
- Third prize: 1 crate of soft drinks.
At the end of the program, the group is free to swim in the sea or relax in the pool.
17h30: Participate in the gala dinner program with cultural exchanges among group members. (With stage + sound + karaoke + program MC + gifts)
The Gala Dinner program is a meaningful and warm evening gathering all members of the company family to express gratitude and strengthen the spirit of the collective. The program is meticulously arranged with sound, images, and many attractive gifts for participants, divided into 6 parts as follows:
- PART 01: OPENING CHAMPAGNE: Invite the team leader to give a speech and open the program.
- PART 02: HAPPY BIRTHDAY: Honor and invite members with birthdays in the month to blow out candles and participate in the secret gift opening.
- PART 03: STAGE GAME SHOW
- PART 04: LUCKY DRAW: Members are each given a number, then a random draw will take place, and lucky participants will win.
- PART 05: SELECTIVE KARAOKE: With some “famous” voices, this promises to be an explosive night for guests.
- PART 06: JOINING HANDS (closing ceremony).
21h30 End of the program, guests return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Phan Thiet.
DAY 1: PHAN THIET – WINE CELLAR – HO CHI MINH (Breakfast / Lunch)
06h30 The group has breakfast with a buffet at the resort.
07h00 Depart for the sand dunes of Mui Ne – known as the mini Sahara desert, where the undulating sand hills and dunes change shape daily due to the winds, terrain, and climate. Notable activities that guests can participate in include sandboarding, riding 4-wheel ATVs, kite flying, or simply enjoying the local specialty, Ba Nhat coconut (costs are self-funded).
08h30 Guests can choose one of the following two programs:
- Program 01: Beach bathing and participating in exciting water games such as paragliding, jet skiing, scuba diving, etc.
- Program 02: The bus takes the group to visit the Wine Castle located on an area of 12,000 m2, surrounded by lush green vineyards combined with the sun and wind of this paradise resort.
- Built in the style of medieval fortresses, this place houses many famous wines, displayed in an eye-catching manner. Guests can sit down and enjoy a glass of wine in a very… Noble style.
10h30 The group checks out. The bus takes the group to Phan Thiet, stopping to visit and shop for local specialties at production facilities: fish sauce, dried seafood, Phan Thiet squid…
11h30 The group arrives at the restaurant for lunch. The group is free to rest for a few minutes.
13h30 Depart for Ho Chi Minh City, the bus stops for the group to visit and shop for Phan Thiet specialties: fish sauce, dried seafood, fresh seafood…
18h00 Arrive back at the original pick-up point, concluding the Teambuilding tour in Phan Thiet. The bus and UNIQUE Travel guide bid farewell to guests, wishing them good health and hoping to see them again.

– Giờ nhận phòng từ 12h – 14h, giờ trả phòng trước 12h, tuy nhiên Quý khách có thể được ưu tiên nhận phòng sớm nếu Khách sạn có phòng trống.
– Khi đi máy bay Quý khách nên mang theo một trong các giấy tờ sau: (Chứng minh thư nhân dân còn hạn dưới 15 năm, hoặc hộ chiếu, giấy khai sinh (đối với trẻ em).– Đối với khách hàng từ 70 – 85 tuổi, gia đình, quý khách cam kết đảm bảo tình trạng sức khỏe
